Celebrating The Queen 's Birthday

In Reception the Starlings and Sparrows have enjoyed celebrating the Queen's birthday. The role play area was transformed into Buckingham Place and the table set for a banquet for the birthday celebrations! The children have talked about the Queen and written some super descriptions about her. They have made and written birthday cards and designed birthday crowns! Lots of great language has been used and even the royal corgies have appeared in our classroom!

We are all looking forward to our street party lunch next week.
