Best of British

This week Year R have been learning about Great Britain as part of their All Around The World Topic.

The children have been learning about all the things Britain is famous for and looking at royal celebrations.

The role play area has been an aeroplane and the children have enjoyed playing with tickets and serving in flight meals.

At the end of the week Starlings and Sparrows enjoyed a Best Of British Tea Party  to celebrate all the learning about Great Britain that they have done this week. 

Earlier on the children wrote invitations to Barney Bear who made an appearance at the tea party in his Royal costume!
