Hand Washing

Today we had a visit from the school nurse.  She reminded us how important it was to wash our hands properly. We passed Bertie the bug around.  When we looked at our hands they all had glittery germs on them! We talked about the importance of washing hands before eating, after using the toilet, after coughing or sneezing and after touching animals.

We learnt a helpful song:

Wash, wash, wash your hands,
wash nasty germs away,
If you don't you might get ill,
And that would spoil your day.
