Family Celebration

The Willows and Maples were great storytellers at our Family Celebration afternoon. So many families came to enjoy the children telling the story of the Three Billy Goats Gruff using the interactive whiteboard pictures and words as prompts. Families were shown how the children are taught to sound out words in their reading. All the Children were given green wordcards,of words that can be sounded out,for families to practice. As soon as 10 words are known please let the Reception Team know so that we can celebrate together. The next Family Celebration will be after half term on how to help your child with their writing.
