Getting ready for Year 1 - yes it's that time already!

Our new morning routine has been going really well. The children have been settled as soon as they have come into class and their independence skills have taken another stride forward.

The children have also been getting on really well with their first couple of settling sessions in Year 1. Another change has been to have our snack outside at Playtime (another Year 1 routine). We are working hard to prepare the children for next year and give them a smooth transition.

It can seem like a lot of changes but everything is going really well, and by the end of the year the children will be itching to get started in Year 1.
